Marketing Manager

For our client, a leading multinational technology company that provides mapping and location data, we are looking for Marketing Manager (m/f/d) Business Planning/Operations in Berlin.

 

Your tasks:
The Marketing Manager BPO (Business Planning, Strategy & Operations) is part of the Business Planning and Operations team in the Brand organization, defined as a "control tower" within the department, accelerating the value and business impact of the Brand organization.

The main responsibility will focus on agile marketing management and events project management supporting executives.
Runs marketing campaigns/projects/programs, across Marketing teams and disciplines as Agile Coach/Scrum Master.
Traditional project management for smaller executive events
 

Your skills:
Bachelor’s degree in Communications/Marketing + project management certification preferred.
Minimum of 7+ years of experience in B2B marketing & project management
Experience communicating across all levels within an organization


Excellent relationship building skills across functions and responsibilities.
A positive "can do" mentality, flexible and effective in working at a pace across content creation.
Experience in working with executives
Application of agile Marketing as Scrum Master/Agile Coach
Solid experience in working with Marketing teams
Very good understanding of integrated marketing strategies to provide measurable results
Leading cross functional project teams
Ability to define and manage interfaces, alignment and interlocks with stakeholders
Proficiency in project management methodologies (Agile, LEAN, Waterfall)
Excellent written and verbal communications skills, fluent English is mandatory
Can partner and debate on strategic and executive level. Outstanding interpersonal and persuasion skills and capable to successfully influence and work across functions and personalities

Flexible and able to successfully navigate ambiguity and succeed in a rapidly changing, fast-paced, deadline-driven environment with multiple priorities
