Patent Paralegal / Assistant (IP PPM 090818) Munich, Germany

EUR30000 - EUR42000 per annum + Additional Benefits

If you have experience supporting intellectual property professionals, this is your chance to join one of the UK and Europe's top firms of intellectual property professionals. They are recently expanding their Munich office and so this is an exciting time to join the company. Based in their centrally located Munich office (close to the EPO) you will be joining an established and collaborative team serving an international client base. This opportunity will offer a stimulating and varied paralegal position in a friendly and inclusive environment.

We are looking for those that have a up to around 3 year's experience of working alongside patent professionals.

Main Responsibilities:

• Working proactively with fee earners in communicating with clients and collation and management of documents
• Client care: paralegal liaison with expanding client base
• Reviewing official correspondence from e.g. patent offices and reporting to clients
• Supervision of deadlines
• Online filing

What you need:

• Ideally you will have up to 3 years of experience working alongside patent professionals
• You must have excellent German and English language and writing skills including legal terminology
• Experience of patents and designs (especially EPO procedures and formalities)
• Experience of client-facing work
