Regulatory Toxicologist
- full-time or min. 30 hrs/week - permanent contract -
Role and Responsibilities
- You are responsible for setting up of registration strategies including waiving, read-across, testing for the human health section
- You are responsible for the assessment of the toxicological hazard profile of substances including derivation of the respective reference/limit values for human health as well as classification and labelling
- You are responsible for the performance of human exposure and risk assessments
- You are responsible for the preparation of expert statements and position papers
- You are responsible for the communication and close co-operation with our customers and relevant authorities
Profile and Qualifications
- You have an university degree in toxicology, biology, chemistry, pharmacy, veterinary medicine or equivalent; higher degree preferred
- If you are certified as a toxicologist (ERT, DABT or equivalent), it would be beneficial
- You have working experience in Regulatory Toxicology of at least 3 years
- You have excellent language skills in English (spoken and written); additional language skills would be an asset
- You are strongly motivated, self-starter with excellent communication skills and ability to work as part of a global team
