Internship Corporate Sales & Travel Trade Marketing

The internship gives an insight in the Design Hotels
TM
travel trade community and the management of global corporate agreements. The Intern is part of the Global Sales Team, supporting the RFP Team and the Junior Manager Travel Trade Marketing in day-to-day tasks and special projects.

• Opening: December 2019
• Compensation: EUR 450 gross / month

The Internship must be a compulsory part of your current studies

Tasks & Responsibilities

Corporate Sales

• Supporting the RFP team in managing the global RFP process and workflow
• Preparation of production figures
• Participating in weekly Business Travel Call and taking minutes of the call
• Supporting with hotel implementation process
• Working attentively towards the set goals of the RFP team and supporting on weekly reports

Travel Trade Marketing

• Daily support and assisting the Junior Manager Travel Trade Marketing
• Trade Marketing activity reporting
• Update Sales Materials
• Supporting content creation for daily Trade Marketing Activities
• Support with Key Note Presentations
• Support with the creation of printed and digital Trade Marketing material
• Special Project(s) for Travel Trade Marketing

Experience & Mindset

• Team player with excellent English written and verbal communication skills
• Strong analytical and administrative skills
• Creativity and attention for detail
• Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work
• Proficiency in MS office (especially Excel) and experience working with Keynote beneficial
