Lead Buyer – Facility Services
Job description:
We are supporting a leading biotech company who are currently in search of a Lead Buyer for facility services. The position has newly come about due to a successful business model which they are looking to continue by seeking high potential professionals to join their team.
The Role:
- This role will be responsible for strategic procurement of facility management, technical building installations, maintenance, real estate and rentals.
- Assist business when required in the operational supplier relationship management.
- Working in close cooperation with senior business leaders from respective business units
- Proactively leading group sourcing strategy, working across functions, regions to understand and define business requirements
The Person:
- Batchelor or Maters Degree in business administration, IT or engineering
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in strategic procurement
- Experience working as sourcing or category manager for facilities
- Strong Leadership & Influencing skills
