What can you expect?

• Analyze and assess repair data to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies
• Participate in root cause investigations to understand and address data discrepancies
• Conduct case and complaint reviews to assist in continuous improvement efforts
• Implement and maintain device swap procedures, ensuring accurate and efficient processing
• Assist in the development and implementation of training plans for Key Users and SSC´s
• Support to organize and coordinate training sessions
• Contribute to the creation of training materials and documentation
• Collaborate with project teams on various initiatives within the service department
• Provide assistance in data-related components of different projects
• Take on additional responsibilities as needed to support project objectives

What should you bring along?

• A completed Bachelor's degree in Informatics, Engineering, Data Science or related
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Basic understanding of data analysis tools and techniques
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team
• Affinity to understand technical facts

• Im Anschluss bitten wir Dich 2 Aufgaben mit einer maximalen Dauer von 45min umzusetzen. Dafür hast Du 24 Stunden Zeit und kannst Dir daher Deine Zeit selbst einplanen.
• Du erhältst in spätestens 2 Werktagen eine Rückmeldung, ob Du es in den Talentpool geschafft hast
