Subject: In vitro biotransformation in S9 enzyme assays derived from fish and rat

working time: 65 % (25,35 hours per week)

Your tasks:

• Knowledge of enzyme (Michaelis-Menten) kinetics
• Experience with in vitro bioassays
• Chemical analytics of transformation products (GC-MS/MS and LC-MS/MS)

Your profile:

• University Master of Science or Diploma in chemistry or related natural science subjects
• Expertise/interest in the following subject areas:

Chemical analytics, kinetics, reaction mechanisms and bioassays

• Interest in high-level academic research within an international network
• Appropriate knowledge of English to enable active participation in the international project (our lab uses both German and English)
