Position description: The technical documentation coordinator is a part of the documentation group that operates within the framework of the professional engineering department. The coordinator actively participates in the transmission of information between the purchasing department and the engineering office. They often work in English.

Supplier documentation coordinator
Your tasks
o Managing the technical documents accompanying the components supplied – electronic sorting, coordinating their circulation and incorporating the approved documents into the system

o Completion of project documentation
o Communication and cooperation with colleagues from the Czech republic and other countries – providing help for technicians checking supplier documentation, communicating with the purchasing department

o Ensuring and coordinating translations of the technical documentation
Your profile
o Systematic, detail – oriented analytical thinker
o Communicative team player that's also capable of working independently
o Willing to learn new things
o English and German basics required
o University degree in technology and understanding of railway vehicles preferred
o Experience with PDM/PLM systems (SmarTeam, PDM Enovia, SAP ECM/SAP DSM) preferred
