Ihre Aufgaben

• Develop procurement strategies for certain categories in the area of Facility, Office & Store demand
• Develop and execute project plans for indirect procurement initiatives, outlining objectives, timelines, and resource requirements
• Work closely with internal stakeholders, including finance, legal, sustainability, tax and operations, to ensure alignment and successful project implementation
• Collaborate with suppliers to understand project requirements, negotiate Terms and conditions, and ensure successful contract execution
• Identify potential risks associated with procurement projects, market trends and develop strategies to mitigate these risks
• Ensure that procurement processes adhere to quality standards and compliance

Erfahrungen

• University degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field. PMP certification is a plus
• Experience in strategic sourcing and procurement, specifically in indirect spend categories
• Proven experience as a Project Manager preferably in indirect procurement
• Experience in project management tools and software
• Negotiation skills in English and German
• Strong understanding of Procurement processes and best practices
• Excellent organizational and time-man-agement skills as well as effective communication, interpersonal and intercultural skills
• Analytical mindset with the ability to solve complex problems
