Scientist In Vivo Pharmacology (f/m/d)

Beschreibung
Tasks and Responsibilities:
- Hands-on laboratory research with proprietary CAR-T cell technology
- Perform in vivo pharmacology research to understand the characteristics of CAR-T cells and recombinant antibodies
- Implementation, optimization and troubleshooting of laboratory protocols as well as technical guidance of laboratory staff
- Self-dependent analysis, review, interpretation, and presentation of in vivo and ex vivo data
Your profile:
- Degree in Biology or Life-Science (Postdoctoral experience is desirable) with several years of expertise in cellular immunotherapy
- Deep background in designing in vivo studies and strong hands-on mentality in conducting immuno-oncology mouse models including animal handling, dosing, blood sampling, optical imaging (IVIS), and necropsy
- Holding a FELASA B certificate
- Expertise in multicolor flow cytometry, histology and familiarity with in vitro and in vivo assays that interrogate T-cell functionality
- Knowledge of the development and characterization of CAR-T cells is advantageous
- Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills and a problem-solving mindset with a strong attention to details
- Ability to manage multiple studies in parallel and able to adhere to timelines
- Very good oral and written knowledge of English, German is an advantage
