A fantastic opportunity for a Business Systems Analyst to join RB's Health Business Unit.

As a Business Analyst Retail, you will work with Region and Country management to drive a deep understanding of current in-market performance and future strategic opportunities. Reporting to the Senior CMI Manager, you will be responsible for

the
collection, analysis, and reporting of sales related data (Nielsen /IQVIA /Key Accounts) to evaluate country and regional business performance. You will develop the tracking of key performance indicators and enhance the current reporting systems.

Key parts of this role will include:

Supporting informed business decisions by providing in-depth analyses and recommendations
Creating and overseeing standardized and custom reports, conducting quantitative market/sales/product analyses providing day to day support to CMI and Trade Marketing/Marketing

Reporting sales data, KPIs, and trends to management and key stakeholders
Analyzing sales and performance records, interpreting results at brand/category/country/regional level
Working together with data vendors (Nielsen/IQVIA/GfK) to ensure data integrity and timely reports delivery
Reconciling global and local reporting, driving clarity on measures and market definitions
Assisting CMI to mine insights and drive conclusions, recommendations, and general guidance
Conducting quantitative analysis including but not limited to ROI, trending, identification, and assessment of opportunity and risk, forecasting, regression analyses, cannibalization estimation, and probability modeling

Building and maintaining the relationship with data vendors and quant research agencies

Is this you?

Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Data Science, Economics/Business or related field

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in analyst role in a data-driven company (FMCG or OTC experience is an advantage)

Strong analytical & numerical skills
Ability to coordinate and manage simultaneous data analysis requests of varying size and scope
Experience with data management and data governance in a complex environment will be a strong advantage
Advanced knowledge of MS Office, working knowledge of BI Platforms
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey complex information in clear format to a broad audience
Ability to cope with uncertainty and fast-moving environment
Stress-resistant
Team player
Fluent in English
German nice to have
