you will be working in one of the most diverse areas of responsibility that a hotel has to offer. As the first point of contact for our international guests, the

Front Office
, you will have to deal with the concerns of our guests with a good knowledge of human nature and sensitivity, while at the same time ensuring a smooth check-in and check-out.

Whether you are a

newcomer - Front Office Agent (f/m/d)

or an

experienced Front Office Shiftleader (f/m/d)

, the following core tasks are part of your everyday work:

• Check-in and check-out as well as the personal and telephone support of our international guests.
• Living our NH service and quality standards at the front office
• Training and supervision of apprentices

Whether you want to work exclusively in one of our
NH Hotels, NH Collection Hotels
or
nhow Hotels
or if you prefer to be a
flexible all-rounder (f/m/d)
for all our urban hotels,
it's up to YOU!

• You have completed an apprenticeship in the hotel industry or have comparable previous experience
• You can speak to our guests in German and English about their wishes and questions
• You have first experience with the common Microsoft Office applications
