Working as a Lead Engineer (m/f/d) for Dispensing Operations, you will be the center for project execution for various dispensing solutions in robotics business in Friedberg / Hessen, providing technical details, costs and deliverables for sales proposals. You will make technical recommendations in various phases of customer projects to ensure successful delivery of project deliverables on time, within budget and in line with quality and safety guidelines.

Your responsibilities

• Assisting contract managers with claims, customer specifications and safety standards
• Creating and delivering the work plan and budget, as well as risk assessments relevant to your engineering discipline
• Helping customers resolve technical issues remotely
• Maintaining and enhancing customer satisfaction by providing excellent service at all stages of the project

Your background

• A technician or bachelor’s degree in mechatronics or a similar field
• First years of relevant working experience beneficial
• Interested in commercial project execution and sales oriented
• SAP knowledge
• English and German business fluent, Chinese language skills are a plus
• A high level of self-motivation, curiosity and desire to learn about new technologies
• A collaborative, solution-focused approach, and strong written and spoken communication skills
