The core function of Consumer Research Agents is to collect real data according to the specified research methodology. This can be collected through surveys, focus groups or other research methods designed by the research firm. If for example you are selected for a survey project, a Research Manager will grant you access to the survey on tablet or smartphone to visit select communities, malls and central areas with Research Officers to conduct face to face one on one interviews with residents of the community or recruitment for other research projects using mobile devices. All Researchers hired are required to comply with the assigned daily targets and validation protocols outlined during the training session. At DMR our Researchers need to have exceptional communication skills and must be comfortable speaking to different types of people they do not know personally. They must also have integrity to collect data honestly and professionalism to work with team members. JOB REQUIREMENTS * Fluently speaks Native Language and English * Comfortable speaking to persons from different communities and islands * Willing and able to participate in online and face to face training and testing sessions * Flexible daily schedule * At least a high school diploma minimum * Strong interpersonal and communication skills If you are analytical, have excellent communication skills, a winning personality, and comfortable speaking to different consumers, we want to hear from you!
