An innovative digital platform in the heart of Berlin is looking for an ambitious
Senior Performance Marketing Manager
to take ownership of their global performance marketing activity across eight markets!
Your role:
- Creating, implementing and owning the paid & organic performance marketing strategy through all digital channels from idea through to execution
- Defining and developing the attribution model and allocating marketing investment to the most impactful channels
- Taking performance marketing beyond customer acquisition to foster customer engagement and retention
- Developing and owning the content distribution strategy
- Working closely with other teams across the business to build things together
About you:
- Experienced manager with a track record of running high performing campaigns, with an overall perspective of overseeing synergies of paid traffic and SEO
- Proven expert across the major performance channels especially Adwords, GDN, YouTube, Facebook, Instagram; experience with Yandex is desirable
- Proficiency in managing moderate to large scale PPC accounts in a variety of different business verticals
- Experience with remarketing/retargeting techniques
- Experience of content distribution via paid discovery partners
- SEO optimisation skills, including on-site technical knowledge
- Highly analytical with a passion for conversion rate optimisation
- Ability to manage campaign KPIs to drive results and performance
- Ability to communicate effectively at all levels and solve problems autonomously
- Innovative, always striving to expand the channel marketing mix
- A self-starter that thrives in a fast-paced environment
- Fluent English, bonus points for proficiency in another language!
