Your responsibilities:

The Jobholder (d/f/m) will work as Supply Chain and Quality Manager for A321XLR
  • Act as interface with suppliers for operational activities
  • Assess suppliers during tendering phase and contribute to the selection decision
  • Manage/contribute to supply chain & quality aspects of the contract being responsible for On time Quality (and on Cost when applicable) performance
  • Manage supplier quality Approval ensure that suppliers are compliant with certifications required in coordination with relevant stakeholders
  • Monitor or support new product introduction, Transfer of Work, changes, to ensure industrial qualification maturity before serial phase
  • Assess the Supplier capacity, capability & performance and contribute to the Supplier development
  • Identify the supplier industrial risks and propose mitigation actions
  • Work out short term recovery plans
  • Initiate and manage supplier performance improvement projects
  • Report on supplier operational performance
  • Apply the current associated tools to manage all activities related to supplier management

Personal requirements:

  • The ability to quickly recognize and understand technical connections and functionality analyze
  • Independent, structured and result-oriented work in order to achieve goals on time achieve and coordinate work processes efficiently
  • Strong communication skills to deal with contacts at all levels to work together
  • Willingness to travel (once a month, max. 2-3 days)

Studies:

  • Engineering at least Bachelor's degree or
  • Mechanical engineering at least Bachelor's degree or
  • Technical studies at least Bachelor's degree or
  • Industrial engineer at least Bachelor's degree

Professional experience:

  • Manufacturing/production at least over 1 year
  • Supplier management at least over 1 year
  • Mechanics at least over 1 year
  • Project management at least over 1 year
  • Quality management at least over 1 year

IT:

  • SAP at least in-depth application knowledge
  • Google Workspace is an advantage

knowledges:

  • Process management at least basic knowledge
  • Risk management at least basic knowledge

Language Skills:

  • German at least business fluent
  • English at least business fluent

further qualification:

  • APICS training is an advantage
