What you can expect:

Independent development and implementation of concrete measures in regards to establish agile methodologies (Design Thinking & Scrum) and/or process management within the organization

Support in organizing, facilitating and following-up workshops and trainings (Design Thinking, Scrum & process management) with cross-functional teams at national and international level

Support in applying agile methodologies (Design Thinking & Scrum) within the context of strategic and global projects
Support in developing and extending networks of experts to foster customer-centricity within the organization

Your profile:

Student currently doing a Bachelors or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Innovation Management, Industrial Design, UX etc.
You have a first-hand experience in agile methods (Scrum, Design Thinking), workshop-facilitation (moderator, trainer), and/or customer-centred design (UX-design, Industrial design)

You are highly motivated to experiment and adapt, questioning the status-quo whilst being up-to-date in New Ways of Working and interested in reinventing organizations

You have strong interpersonal skills and are able to work independently and autonomously
You have an entrepreneurial, solution-oriented mindset and a high willingness to learn
You are fluent in German and English
You have a very good knowledge of MS-Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)
