Inside Sales Manager

OTE circa 45-55k, €35-45k + Bonus

An
Inside Sales Manager
is required for a leading provider of
automotive software
to garages and workshops across Europe. You will develop
new business
and nurture and grow
existing business
with
garages and vehicle workshops
, whilst also working closely with key
automotive distributors.
This is a full time, office-based role with the opportunity to attend industry trade shows as required.
Automotive industry
or
direct sales
experience will be of distinct advantage for this position.
Office based
Cologne / Köln – commutable from Bonn, Dusseldorf, Wuppertal, Leverkusen, Duren, Kerpen, Bergish Gladbach, Solingen, Monchengladbach, Neuss
The Role
  • Creating and managing your daily activities including creating internal

territory plans

, planning calendars and

managing the development of sales schedules, targets, pipelines and leads

. Understanding and managing metrics.
  • Provide excellent

customer service

, resolving customer issues to ensure satisfaction. Achieving customer retention goals.
  • Keep up to date with industry trends both general and specific to your territory, customers and competition.

Cultivate strong relationships

with strategic distribution partners, collaborating with them to ensure agreements are met and marketing and sales opportunities are maximised. Providing feedback to Managers to ensure partners are meeting objectives.

This job is ideal for a candidate with
experience of telephone based direct sales
. Additionally, we seek a highly focused achiever hungry to exceed targets and make things happen.
The Candidate
  • Target driven individual focused on exceeding targets.
  • Proven

direct sales success

with a history of successful sales and territory growth

Automotive

industry experience would be advantageous, this could be a

garage

or

repair workshop

environment, an

OEM

or

Vehicle Manufacturer

, or the wider

automotive aftermarket

.
  • Fluent or Native

German language

skills are a must, coupled with a good knowledge of the

English language

. Other

European languages

would be advantageous.
  • College degree or equivalent is preferred.
  • Experience of working with CRM programs and online meeting platforms.
