Pharmaceutical Trainee (m/f/d) program - 1,5 years

A challenging task
You will join our different technical teams to gain first-hand work experience within each respective field so that at the end you will be a well-versed pharmaceutical professional. Here are a few examples of tasks that you may encounter:
Business Development and Innovation: Contribute to finding new product
opportunities for our development pipeline via evaluation of the innovator product pipeline and therapies already on the market. The goal is to identify new medicines, improve these and make them more affordable and better available
Project Management: Support the coordination of our complex development
projects and help that our multi-disciplinary project teams meet our predefined
project targets (e.g., vision, timelines and costs)
Regulatory Affairs: Involvement in the preparation and execution of EU-wide
authorization procedures (MRP/DCP, CP) and variations as well as supporting
customers worldwide in various Regulatory Affairs procedures
Quality Assurance: Organize and ensure oversight of ongoing pharmaceutical stability studies, which contribute as a core requirement to patient s safety. Additionally, gain an insight into supplier qualification activities - the basis for high-quality products.
Research Development: Travel to India to learn from our experts in the laboratory and see drug development in the making.
Finally, you will have the chance to spend time in an additional department that suits
your interests and participate in other skill-building events.
A convincing background
- recently graduated in pharmaceutical studies (diploma, Master or equivalent)
- strong desire to do your part in making high-quality medicines available to patients
- plans to work in the pharmaceutical industry in the future
- curious and enthusiastic individual with a growth-oriented mindset
- willingness to travel and learn from people from various cultural backgrounds
- enjoys speaking and working in English
