Product Specialist - Shopping Ads (f/m/d)

The Role:
You will be a thought leader on the fast growing Shopping Ads products which are part of the wider search business. This is a great opportunity to work as and become a trusted partner to your customers when it comes to how they plan, implement and optimize the Shopping ads products. You will form strong external partnerships with multiple businesses to maximize business growth for your customers through the identification of relevant account opportunities. This includes advising on success measurement of the campaigns. A big part contains to Work with a broad range of internal teams to deliver great customer support for the customers. You can bring in your excellent interpersonal skills, your analytically minded, self-motivated, detail oriented and skilled personality at solving problems and explaining complex issues.

Your Tasks:

Strategically support clients to define their goals, optimize their accounts and campaign strategy across their Shopping Ads and by making suggestions to improve performance

Support customers in maximising their Shopping Ads opportunity across all platforms

Be a performance and digital consultant for customers

Report and share insights on complex and impactful advertising campaigns

Share your advanced product expertise with other EMEA and Global Specialists in your product area

Your Skills:

BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience in the described tasks

Experience in consultative sales and client facing

Expertise in Shopping Ads

Experience in creating online marketing and advertising strategies for performance focused clients

Expertise in Shopping Ads (Feed Management, Campaign structures, new ad formats ie Showcase Ads)

Knowledge of third party ad tech providers (Marin, Kenshoo, Adobe etc)

Excellent analytical, presentation and communication skills
