Responsibilities
:
- being a co-pilot to the emea operations lead to ensure effective cost management;
planning and control ofvariable and fixed costs related to operations * managing the emea operations controlling from people, process, productivity perspective * activecost controlling and analysis of deviations and creation of action plans/ coordination of measures for cost optimization (improve cost efficiency) * monthly, quarterly and annual analysis of the budgets and forecast for emea operations, in coordination with the production sites * coordination of the monthly emea performance review of all production sites * continuous analyses and tracking of the savings for operations and procurement projects in local and international context * support the local teams at capital expenditure (capex planning) and calculations and preparation of decision documents for investment * permanent support in the implementation of the investment projects and the sustainability of the financial parameters * analyzing & tracking of target achievement (margin review) and creation of action plans * support all phases of m&a projects transaction process * identification and valuation of potential investment objects/ targets * implementation and valuation of market, competitive and company analyses * creation of company profiles and support in the implementation of company valuations * preparation, monitoring and follow-up of due diligence processes/ transactions required skills and experience * bachelor's or master's degree in business administration or engineering or similar with at least 5 years of professional experience as an analyst/ pan controller (m/w/d) in an operational environment * customer - and solution-oriented leadership personality with a proactive, collaborative business partner mindset * analytical, structured and solution-oriented working style with a proactive mindset who likes to challenge the existing * professional experience in the area of m&a in a company, consulting/accounting firm or investment bank with proven track record in the successful management of ma transactions, incl. due diligence * in-depth knowledge in the areas of financial analysis, company valuation (dcf, multiples) and financial accounting (hgb, ifrs) * strong communicator with self-confidence * team oriented, highly collaborative and able to build cross-functional relationships * ability to independently resolve complex problems where analysis requires the in-depth evaluation of numerous factors * fluent command of english and german and willingness to travel do you want to take responsibility? are you seeking varied opportunities? would you like to work with flat hierarchies in an international environment? then apply now! become part of our global business and benefit from a diverse range of tasks, attractive remuneration systems, flexible working time models and excellent career opportunities.
