Ihre Aufgaben:

• Sie stellen eigenverantwortlich alle Leistungsphasen der Tragwerksplanung und des konstruktiven Brandschutzes unserer innovativen Modulbauprojekte auf;
• Sie beraten, steuern und prüfen die Tragwerksentwürfe von der Entwurfs-, Genehmigungs- und Ausführungsplanung von modularen Tragwerken bis hin zur prüffähigen statischen Berechnung;
• Als wichtiges Mitglied im Planungsteam sind Sie von der Planung bis hin zur Produktion im Werk und der Ausführung auf der Baustelle am Gelingen der Projekte beteiligt;
• Sie arbeiten mit externen Partnern wie Baubehörden, Fachplanern, Materialprüfanstalten und Zuliefern zusammen;
• Sie sind wesentlich bei der Erstellung bauphysikalischer Nachweise, der Zulassung und Abnahme von Modulgebäude beteiligt und evaluieren diese anschließend.

Anforderungsprofil:

• Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium im Bauingenieurwesens Vertiefung konstruktiver Ingenieurbau;
• Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in vergleichbaren Aufgabenbereichen;
• Hohes technisches Verständnis sowie Kenntnisse im Stahlbau wünschenswert;
• Umfassende Kenntnisse der aktuellen Bauvorschriften und des Bauordnungsrechts;
• Startup-Bereitschaft und mitreißende Begeisterung für die Themen der Zukunft im Bereich nachhaltigem Modulbau;
• Hohe Lernbereitschaft, Flexibilität und Kreativität im internationalen Umfeld;
• Sehr gute Kommunikations- und Teamfähigkeit;
• Gute technische Englischkenntnisse, Niederländisch Kenntnisse sind von Vorteil.
