Head of Global Operations of Ivoclar Academy m/f/d
Location Schaan, Liechtenstein
Your responsibilities:
- Overall management of the Ivoclar Academy platform, development of training concepts and educational content.
- Operational management of the Training and Education department.
- Coordination with the global training centers regarding support of regional activities. Liason for training and education to all subsidiaries and regional training centers.
- Overall management of organizational, financial and administrative issues with training and education.
- Leadership and supervision of the subordinates.
Your qualifications:
- Scientific, dental or dental technician background
- Sound knowledge of the industry would be an asset
- Profound professional experience, leadership and business management skills
- Professional, winning appearance and strong interpersonal skills
- Excellent German and English skills are required
