We are looking for a committed Program Management Intern for the Alexa Preview team in Munich to support ongoing device Beta programs.
As the ideal candidate you will be flexible, detail-oriented, an analytic thinker and have excellent interpersonal skills. You know how to work independently, make suggestions for process improvements, deliver high quality results and enjoy influencing customer experiences improvements. You do not shy away from data and are curious to learn new tools and technologies. You must have business proficient English skills.

Main Responsibilities

• Prepare and quality control customer research surveys for feedback collection
• Evaluate and draft proposals for feature improvements based on customer feedback and performance metrics
• Address Beta participants' technical or customer service issues and file development requests to tech teams
• Lead small to medium sized projects to improve existing processes or launch new projects
• Collaborate closely with Program management team members for planning program milestones and reporting on current program statuses.
• Constantly evaluate data collection tools and processes and propose solutions to ensure their efficiency, quality and ability to scale
• Coordinate and assure quality of content translation (English to German, French, Italian and Spanish)

GRUNDQUALIFIKATIONEN

• Strong level of written and verbal communication in English
• Organized with a talent for prioritizing tasks
• Willingness to support multiple projects at the same time, accept changing priorities and deliver quality work on time
• Strong sense of confidentiality
• Dedicated, self-motivated and dependable
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office products, especially Excel and Outlook
• Basic understanding in data analysis with interest to develop further skills
