Technical Support ( Trade and Finance ) -
We are looking for an experienced Oracle identity manager to join one Europe’s largest and fastest growing financial company in a dynamic and busy international team on a 6 months contract.Good understanding of Capital Markets products (Exchange / OTC), Trade life cycle and Processes related to Front Office and Middle Office with Asset classes (Fixed Income, Credit Derivatives, Interest Rate Derivatives, FX Options, Commodity Derivatives, Equity Derivatives)
Desirable Skills and Experience:
- Level 2/3 Technical Support for trade execution single dealer portals of Broker Dealers like Citi Velocity, UBS Neo, Morgan Direct, etc. and Market Data solutions from Bloomberg, SIX telekurs, Reuters etc.
- Understanding of the Front office functions, including order management, trade execution, trade matching and confirmation, associated business processes
- Responsible for production and maintenance of technical documentation around the platform with respect to configuration management and Level 2/3 technical support procedures.
- Responsible for Production Support, Performance Improvements, House-Keeping required for the solutions
- Responsible for tracking, identifying and acting on System Alerts, batch process and integration related issues
- Assistance and advice to end users in relation to use of the solutions
- Ensure that the platform is operating efficiently and that there are no performance or capacity issues.
- Ensure that all house-keeping functions are fully documented and ideally (where appropriate) automated.
