Job Description Sales Director (Office in Waldshut in Baden-Württemberg) My client is a leading Distributor of microcontroller and analog semiconductors. They are looking for an experienced Manager of Field Sales Engineers from an Analog background to work with some of their key accounts in Germany and directly manage the European Field Sales Engineers. The client is not only a component supplier but a partner in development issues. They have a strong team of FAEs and FSEs who will be the technical link between customers and original equipment manufacturersBusiness Skills
:- understand the customers' business strategies and organizational structures - recognize common business issues and develop insight that leads to solutions - manage, motivate and develop a team of field sales engineers in germany and switzerland technical skills:
- use your design skills and knowledge to assist customers with design challenges and troubleshooting, simulation and component selection, qualification and testing - help our customers get their application to production - provide technical support on site at customer locations - deliver training to customers, team members and partners - give your feedback on new products and market needs skills preferred - bs in electrical engineering or equivalent - experience of board-level application/product design/support experience - must possess excellent group and interpersonal communication and presentation skills. - german language skills you must be flexible to relocate in germany for this role. apply here :
