PURPOSE AND OBJECTIVES

The Multi-Cloud team supports SAP’s Lines of Business in moving workloads to Public Cloud platforms. Join a dynamic and international team based in Walldorf, Silicon Valley and Belfast in helping support Public Cloud adoption within SAP. We are looking for a self-starter, detail oriented, effective communicator who also likes to learn and support exciting projects. This is a great opportunity to have an impact and grow your Cloud technology experience. You will serve as a generalist on a customer engagement team supporting initiatives such as:

Supporting Public Cloud migration and transformation projects
Assisting on engagement with LoBs, setting up discussions, data consolidation & processing in required tool (excel initially)
Managing quality of data; maintain quick access to latest information.
Required analytical skills to understand & craft data stories.
Supporting events and webinars the team organizes including events with hyperscalers like Microsoft Azure, Amazon Web Services, Google Cloud Platform and Alibaba Cloud

Support of technical knowledge sharing projects, e.g. creating German or English content for internal knowledge transfer
Team administrative support
Researching German market opportunities for an externally facing product 

EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES

You might be our ideal candidate if you
Are a student (f/m/d) at a university or university of applied science
Are interested in public cloud technology & have good learning capabilities.
Enjoy researching and writing in English and German
Are a student of information science or business informatics or a similar line of study.
Have some Office 365, MS Excel & Analytical skills.
Bring passion and enthusiasm to every challenge
Have strong coordination, organization, interpersonal, and communication skills
Can prioritize your work and juggle tasks in a dynamic environment with minimal oversight 
Have demonstrated an ability to get things done, balancing day-to-day responsibilities with longer term strategic planning/execution
Bring new ideas to the table, while collaborating with the broader team
Are resourceful and like learning new things, especially about Cloud technologies

WHAT DO YOU GET?

You will be working closely with international colleagues in Palo Alto, California and Belfast, Ireland while being based in Walldorf.
