Job Description For our site in Barby we are seeking to recruit a Inspection Engineer (m/f/d):
to develop and implement new inspection technologies and a culture that builds on the foundational elements of the corporate Asset Integrity model. This role is primarily responsible for early identification of inspection issues and integrity analysis to enable other functional areas to focus on opportunities. General accountabilities * Systematic development of the inspection management for statutory and asset integrity inspections * Supervision on repairs proposals of static equipment and structural steel * Developing test and inspection plans for new build equipment and follow up on deficiencies * Supervision during installing new equipment * Develops scope for multiyear programs to proactively address upgrading programs * First contact with external inspection and testing organizations * Fluently speaking of German and English language * Bachelor's degree in an engineering / manufacturing discipline * Minimum of 5 years' experience in relevant inspection areas * Strong knowledge of national codes and regulations related to equipment * Knowledge in plant operations and maintenance (chemical or semi-chemical facilities) Our offer In return for your expertise and commitment, we will provide a fast-paced stimulating international environment, which will stretch your abilities and channel your talents.
