Description

• Overarching technical control of the Product Owner of several Scrum teams for the continuous digitization of the wholesale business
• Further development of agile software development for Energy Sales

Coaching and development of the product owner

• Responsible for creating a comprehensive product roadmap and prioritization
• Taking a leading role in developing the Digital Vision and IT target architecture for Energy Sales
• Taking over the operational Product Owner role in a Scrum Team
• Continual improvement of the development performance of the teams as well as the technological basis
