Senior Value and Access Manager (Alzheimers)

(f/m/d)- München

i-Pharm Consulting is currently partnered with a leading international biotechnology company based in Munich, and they are currently in search of a Senior Value and Access Manager to join their market access team. The Senior Value and Access Managers will be responsible for the early benefit assessment aspect of the new Alziehimers portfolio. The Senior and Access Manager will have three main functions surrounding the AMNOG dossiers, cross functional cooperation with the Regional Market Access team and controlling and coordinating all value and access projects related to the Alzihimers portfolio.

Tasks

Working in closing coordination and supporting the Associate Director of Market Access Alziehimers and the Senior Innovative Payer Solutions Manager

AMNOG dossiers:

They will be responsible for the collaboration and preparation of the AMNOG dossier in accordance with clinical data. He/She will also support coordinating with external vendors and with the cross functional team. They must also produce content related to the value dossiers, and later on they will be a part of the preparations for the price negaotions.

Field Market Access:

He\she will work closely with the Regional Market Access Team. The Senior Value and Access Manager will also be responsible for the training material for the RAM team, and he\she will aid in the development of the stakeholder strategy( (health insurances, KVen) as well as short-term activities (e.g. round table etc.). There will be a special focus on the possibilities of digital solutions)

Cross-functional corporations:

The Senior Vale and Access Manager will represent Market Access in various teams and will proactively contribute the positions of Market Access, e.g. cross-functional working groups with marketing and medicine but also on a European or global level.

Controlling tasks:

The Senior Value and Access Manager will support in tracking the budget, in commissioning projects with health care professionals, while taking into account the existing compliance and system rules.

Qualifications:

Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience professional experience in health economics / policy / market access on the part of the pharmaceutical industry or other institutions in the healthcare system (health insurance companies, association of statutory health insurance physicians, medical or pharmacists' association, consulting firm)

Very quick comprehension and professional use of Mircrosoft365
Excellent teamwork skills and experience of working in a matrix environment
Very good communication skills and good presentation skills

FLUENT ENGLISH AND GERMAN IS A MUST

Good understanding of digital applications in the health sector
Degree in natural sciences, medical, Public Health or a comparable degree
