THE JOB
This is a superb opportunity for an experienced sales/channel manager with a CRS / PMS / RMS background to join a leading digital solution provider within the hospitality space. Specialising in cutting edge cloud-based e-commerce solutions, our client is looking for a dynamic sales manager with an established portfolio of customers who can hit the ground running and make an impact from day one. You’ll be responsible for the success of your own region, nurturing your existing relationships, as well as identifying and winning new business. This is a highly collaborative and strategic position, so using a consultative approach, you’ll engage with new hotel partners, negotiate contracts, create and coordinate marketing activities and represent the company at trade events, maximising revenue opportunities and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

WHAT EXPERIENCE DO I NEED?
- Proven track record of success in a sales/channel manager position within a CRS / PMS / RMS business – Hospitality industry experience is a must!
- An established portfolio of customers and a strong network within the hospitality industry
- Tech-savvy with a deep knowledge of hospitality software
- Customer focussed with superb communication skills
- Ability to work autonomously and thrive in a high pressure, target driven environment
- Able to travel regularly for work
