 and an array of experience to join our 
diverse team of recruitment consultants
, at this time we are looking for individuals with business fluency in both 
English and German

Selby Jennings 

• Front, Middle and Back office roles across Banking & Financial Services

DSJ Global

• Procurement, Supply Chain, Operations and Operational Excellence roles across STEM / MINT

Glocomms

• Big Data and IT sales roles across STEM / MINT

EPM Scientific

• Medical Device and Pharmaceuticals

What does a Recruitment Specialist do?

• Our

acquire and maintain relationships

 with a wide 

range of institutions

 in their designated industry.

• You will 

build relationships with senior stakeholders

 using your fluency in their Native Language - German or English

• They then 

consult with their client

 to understand their needs in terms of specialist talent.

• Our Recruitment Specialists manage the process from start to finish from pulling the job, to 

sourcing the talent

, all the way to negotiating the job offer.

• When a candidate is successfully placed with a client our Recruitment Specialists will not only

receive a commission

 but will be moving their way up the ladder to success and management
