Customer consultant (Sales) (m/f/d)
at the Bochum site
The job is limited to 3 months.
We are looking for creative and enthusiastic customer support staff for our new SONOS Support Team.
SONOS strives to provide our users with the ultimate home sound experience. As a sales specialist, you don't need the sophisticated technical skills for tech support, but you do need a technical affinity for product consulting. Knowledge of English is desirable, and enjoyment of customer service and sales is essential.
By supporting SONOS, you contribute to communicating the mission of SONOS to the customers and filling every house with music. While there is plenty of room for all kinds of personalities and skills to succeed, there are certain qualities that will help you to realize your potential with us:
What are the tasks?
- Ensuring excellent support for Sonos customers by phone, email and chat.
- ensuring customer satisfaction
- Product consulting, needs analysis and sales
- Work with music services and all operating systems (Mac, Android, Windows and iOS).
