PURPOSE AND OBJECTIVES

SAP Logistics Services is an important organizational part of SAP's Integrated Quality & Services division that drives innovation and high quality in the cloud. As an integral part of SAP's Intelligent Enterprise Group (IEG) Board area, our mission also includes the continuous effort to support the world-class customer and employee experience for a best-run SAP.

Our professional service unit controls the entire logistics process chain from production to commissioning, packaging and delivery. As part of our global business, we are responsible for planning, executing and controlling the delivery of key materials and services to internal and external customers in accordance with SAP's strategic direction. We manage a service portfolio consisting of essential logistical functions such as digital printing, material delivery and transportation services, warehouse management and postal delivery, as well as order coordination and international customs services. With our focus on optimized delivery processes, we ensure the worldwide shipment of software and assets in accordance with SAP's global and foreign trade regulations through efficient operational processes.

To strengthen our various service departments - in particular the mailroom, printing, delivery, warehousing and transportation teams - we are looking for a working student (m/f) to support our operational tasks in the respective teams.

Depending on the driving license class, the respective tasks can be planned in the areas of print processing, warehouse support, internal mail distribution or transport services. We expect a flexible work attitude and the willingness to move within our business areas according to our respective requirements.

EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS

The following tasks require support from working students. Employment can be either in a specific business area or in a flexible, rotating way in different departments.

Support of the Digital Print Media Center through finishing, cutting, creasing, perforating and production of brochures
Spiral binding and laminating of specific orders
ncoming goods processing, packaging and order picking
Support of the entire warehouse logistics and goods receipt processing
Checking incoming deliveries for completeness and condition of deliveries, system-side recording of all incoming deliveries/shipments
SAP internal mail distribution and general work support in our mailroom, e.g. internal scanning of documents, archiving of documents or support in checking visa applications

Provision of office supplies, support for packing stations and quality support for incoming mail delivery.
Support for national and worldwide dispatch orders and document deliveries
Creation of pro forma invoices, freight documents for service providers and administration / provision of shipping lists
Shuttle and transport tasks
Responsibility for truck transport, if driver's license is available

QUALIFICATIONS

Student of a university or university of applied sciences (FH)
Language skills: Very good knowledge of German is a prerequisite
Soft Skills: Team-oriented working style, reliable and trustworthy
