). Recent growth has seen the business go from almost 400 to 800+ consultants and 8 to 11 offices in just a couple of years, including our newest opening in Berlin-our hub for the DACH region

.

Due to Hyper-growth in our Berlin office, we are looking to add a Senior Recruitment Consultant or Principal Consultant to our team. We are looking for either a High Performing Manager or a Top Biller that we can fast track to Senior Management and beyond.

We opened our Berlin office last January and it was the most successful opening in Phaidon’s history, we are now at 27 people and looking to double that by year-end and be at 100 pax across the DACH region by the end of 2020. 

In line with this expansion there is an opportunity for a
Senior Recruitment Consultant
to join our Berlin office
 
and fast track their career- including the
ability to earn equity in addition to an industry-leading commission structure, a quick path to directorship and international relocation opportunities.

We currently have 3 of our Micro Specialist Brands operating out of Berlin, whose focus is as follows:

Selby Jennings

• Front, Middle and Back office roles across Banking & Financial Services 

DSJ Global

• Procurement, Supply Chain, Operations and Operational Excellence roles across STEM / MINT 

Glocomms -

Big Data and IT sales roles across STEM / MINT
