Amazon Business team is dedicated to developing solutions that make it easy for business customers to buy on Amazon.de through an Amazon Business Account. As an important part of Amazon Business team, Senior Enterprise Account Managers in part-time are responsible for prospecting, convincing, closing, and growing large enterprise businesses (private sector with annual revenues > $250 Million) as customers of Amazon. The ideal candidate will have experience developing relationships across functional areas such as procurement, source-to-pay, production, maintenance, supply chain and IT in large, complex businesses and has proven track record of exceeding goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Contribute to developing a territory customer account management plan
  • Report on prospect onboarding pipeline and customer spend adoption
  • Meet or exceed targets for customer account management
  • Initiate prospecting and lead generation activities
  • Educating and networking with key prospect and customer contacts
  • Ability to converse with senior customer stakeholders including CPOs, VP’s Supply Chain, and others
  • Contribute to contracting activities for large, complex deals
  • Develop long term relationships with multiple stakeholders in customer accounts
  • Drive and accelerate spend adoption within assigned accounts
  • Relay customer needs and requirements back to internal Amazon teams including Product Management, Technical and Category Management teams
  • Drive periodic innovation aimed at improving customer satisfaction
  • Work closely with marketing, merchandising, business development, customer service and other key internal Amazon stakeholders

GRUNDQUALIFIKATIONEN

  • BA/BS degree
  • Experience in dealing with large and global/Pan-EU enterprise accounts (>250MM USD revenue) in the B2B space
  • Exceptional English and German skills – both verbal and written
  • Strong and successful communication skills which include the ability to write compelling, concise documents
  • Proven analytical skills and ability to influence people both internally and externally
  • Decisive and able to move with speed to implement ideas
  • A passionate, self-starter, ready to take Amazon’s local customer experience to the next level
  • Broad commercial awareness developed in a fast-moving environment
