A Project Manager is required for an exciting project coordinating two leading divisions of a global technology leader with external technology suppliers within the Consumer Electronics environment. You should come from a strong technical background having designed ASIC (application specific integrated circuits), understanding Mixed Signal, Analog design. The division will primarily be working on a Consumer Electronics project however you need not come from this background.The company are renowned globally and is one of Germanys leading centres of technological innovation, this role will give you an important position within its technology innovator yet the chance to coordinate and liaise with other key departments meaning strong abilities to communicate is necessary. The business usually produce its own ASICs however when demand requires you will be responsible for the coordination with external suppliers for ASICs and will have up to 4 supplychains to manage at one time.
Prior experience as a team lead or project manager is considered key however if you come from a varied ASIC background there is an opportunity to move into Project Management provided you have the right level of management skill.
This position is based in Dresden however occasional international and domestic travel will be necessary.
Skills
- Experience in AISC Design, Analog, Mixed-Signal or Digital
- Experience managing multiple 3
party suppliers would be highly useful for this position
- Excellent communication skills in English (German not required)
- Ability to coordinate between several teams, both internally and externally is necessary
