Process Analyst - Frankfurt/Remote - 8 Months

A global Pharmaceutical client of mine is looking for a Process Analyst to join them on a contract basis till the end of 2020 supporting them roughly on a partly remote basis with occasional travel to the client site based in Frankfurt.

 

Project Details:

 
The contractor advises the Global Process Owner (GPO) Source-to-Pay (S2P) and the team in the area of GBS Process Management Procurement.
The advice encompasses the external expertise for the improvement of the global Source-to-Pay Template and the migration of SAP ECC to SAP S4/HANA
to increase standardization, stabilize and streamline processes and decrease processing time.
 

Main Responsibilities:

 

• Professional Advice with regard to Change Request creation and tracking in SAP Solution Manager:
• Based on defects or demands reviewing content of change requests
• Create change requests with required information
• Follow-up on implementation
• Test implementation
• Specialist Guidance with regard to defect tracking and testing in HP Application Lifecycle Management (HP ALM - software by HP, former Hewlett Packard), in line with requirement catalog provided upfront.
• Expert Consulting with regard to training material maintenance:
• Review existing training material
• Where process and system improvements apply, enhance training material based on templates and design conditions provided upfront
• Results will be released after review by the client
• Coordination of work packages for upcoming Template releases:
• Client will provide a list of planned improvements.
• Detailed requirements, efforts, responsible persons, dependencies, interfaces and impacts to be worked out,
• Content of each release to be determined and handed-over.
• Result will be released after review by GPO.

 

Key Requirements:

 

• Proactive and communicative Senior Consultant (7+ years)
• Fluent in English, German is a plus
• Experienced in SAP Procurement at least five years(MM-PUR, SRM, Ariba)
• Experienced in Validation Management at least five years
• Experienced in Project Management at least five years
• Source-to-Pay End-to-End experience at least three years (e.g. Accounts Payable)
