About SAP S/4HANA Source to Pay & Order to Cash

The SAP S/4HANA Source to Pay & Order to Cash unit drives innovation and thought leadership across the source to pay and order to cash processes. This benefits buyers and suppliers by enabling companies to sell physical, digital, and subscription-based goods as a service and by monetizing subscriptions and real-time usage-based services. SAP S/4HANA is the single source of information for customers on their digital journey: planning, execution and analysis, prediction to simulation, all in real-time within one system, integrated with SAP C/4HANA, SAP Ariba, and Fieldglass.

As we develop the future intelligent suite in the cloud for ERP customers, the SAP S/4HANA Source to Pay & Order to Cash unit seeks to be a frontrunner in cloud and agile mindset to software development. Openness, honesty, supportiveness, respect, fairness, accountability, empathy, and trust are ingrained in our team spirit and key to our success.

The Role

We need a new user assistance (UA) developer to work in a development team and help us integrate with the new SAP S/4HANA Cloud Customer Community. You will work closely with community moderators, product support, your development team, and other UA colleagues in your area and throughout the product. For example, you will write blogs describing new functionality, create and update our user assistance based on customer feedback, and point customers to the information that they need.

You will be responsible for user assistance in a development team. To help you along the way, you will also work in and get support from a close-knit, diverse, and global UA team.

Would you enjoy collaborating with community moderators, product owners, developers, as well as product support, user experience (UX), and UA colleagues?

Could you ensure that UI texts are clear, translatable, and user friendly?
Are you open to requesting and implementing feedback on your UA deliverables and willing to seek the guidance and support of other UA colleagues?
Applying all relevant SAP standards and guidelines is integral to everything we do. Can you consistently align with other product areas using our standard processes?

We must ensure high quality content in the source language for successful translation. Are you prepared to work with a language editor with first-language proficiency in English, if required?

Do you value the importance of testing the functionality that your team develops in order to ensure the accuracy of your user assistance?
Our area often innovates as a frontrunner. Would you like to participate actively in product-wide projects to improve UA tools, processes, concepts, templates, and content?
