Freelance Agile Transformation lead – 6-12 Month Project – Berlin
I’m currently looking for Freelance Agile Transformation Lead to join my client based in Berlin on a 6- 12 months project. You’ll be working with team of developers and senior stake holder to help overall project management by increasing collaboration, innovation, and introducing new techniques.
Day to day Duties:
- Help to develop and implement cross product, engineering and commercial teams as well as cross-product alignment, collaboration, and transparency
- Support change management in a post-merger environment
- Hands-on coaching and mentoring of cross-functional teams and stakeholders to improve speed, engagement, teamwork and efficiency
- Support teams to apply scaling agile and similar frameworks in a way that is aligned with the team culture and project- /venture-specific structure
- Help teams to identify and use meaningful product KPIs and metrics; Keep record of relevant metrics to track team progress and improvement
Skills & Experience:
- Worked as an agile coach for at least 5 years in dynamic tech organisations
- Experience working with team members at various levels, including management and non-technical stakeholder
- Experience with diverse teams and company contexts
- Experience with multitude of methodologies and frameworks, including agile, scrum, Kanban, design thinking, pair programming, and more
- Experience adapting agile methodologies to the specific needs of organisation
