Responsible for a major brand or category, you’ll play a critical role driving innovation and developing new products. You’ll be:

• assessing regulatory strategies
• providing regulatory input into portfolio discussion and pipeline discussion
• approve artworks and copies from a regulatory perspective including recommendation for further improvements
• actively participating in life cycle management considering regulatory and business needs while paying attention to cost aspects
• independently managing assigned projects
• ensuring smooth business processes by preventing disruptions due to regulatory aspects
• regulatory support for the development of product claims
• supporting brand development from Regulatory Affairs perspec-tive
• filing product notifications to enable poison information cen-tres to access formulation details
• maintening product information in relevant data bases like RBEuroinfo.com and GRAIS
• filing and following up on biocide registrations in Germany, Austria and Switzerland
• adapting product Safety Data Sheets according to DPD and REACH
• calculation Volatile Organic Compounds based on quantitative formulation information
• supporting the handling of requests from authorities
• reviewing that claims are appropriately supported and provide guidance from Regulatory perspective.
• supporting the brand development and development of BDI (Business Development Initiative) initiatives from Regulatory Affairs perspective
• representing regulatory function as leading and knowledgeable

inimum of 3 years in FMCG Reg Affairs or R&D preferably for Health products
