What is the purpose of this role?

  • Build meaningful relationships with Regional Store Managers and Business Excellence Managers (BEMs) of the MSD organisation in Germany to:
  • Drive Attach Rate (AR) growth in stores
  • Understand challenges and opportunities for AR growth
  • Participate and present in Regional Store Manager Meetings
  • Be the point of contact for Store Managers and Sales Employees, ensuring they have everything they need to be successful in driving growth – ranging from sharing commercial information with Store Managers, to educating store employees on the latest products
  • Act as SquareTrade’s eyes and ears on the ground, communicating with the Senior Area Sales Manager regularly to share and work on AR growth opportunities and escalate and find answers to challenges

What are the key responsibilities?

  • Own and manage the relationship with Store Managers and Business Excellence Managers (BEMs) in Germany
  • Share commercial information with Store Managers and support them in driving sales in their stores
  • Work with sales employees to ensure they have all the necessary knowledge needed to sell products effectively
  • Work with the Senior ASM and SquareTrade HQ to provide feedback and solution proposals to constantly improve tools, functionalities and ways of working

What are the key requirements?

  • Strong interpersonal and relationship management skills
  • Driving licence and willingness to travel within region 80% of time, with occasional overnight stays
