Market Development Manager (m/f/i) – Italy
YOUR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Development of new dealer structures within the John Deere dealer network and support of existing dealers in Italy
  • Support for product trainings and at dealer events with customers
  • Execution of market analyzes and assistance by market development measures
  • Contact person for country strategies and associated market launches
  • Identification of future trends and development opportunities as well as development of international pricing strategies
  • Coordination and execution of events to increase brand awareness
  • Close cooperation with internal departments such as product management, order management and
after sales
YOUR PROFILE
  • Successfully completed technician degree (e.g. construction machine mechanic, agricultural machine mechanic, mechatronics engineer, automotive mechanic) and possibly advanced training such as a Bachelor´s / Master´s degree in mechanical engineering, production technology, agricultural technology
  • Several years' of professional experience in the sales of products or capital goods requiring explanation, ideally working machines, construction or agricultural machines
  • Experienced in the development and expansion of national or international dealer networks in Europe and / or global
  • Business fluent Italian and English spoken and written
  • Distinctive customer and result orientation
  • High readiness to travel
  • Good PC user knowledge (MS Office)
