Director Pharmaceutical Liaison (m/w/d)

Currently I am searching for a Doctor in medical or life sciences with at least 3 years of experience in leadership, who wants to work for an international diagnostic expert.

You will be responsible for:

• Leading and coordinating multidisciplinary teams of over 50 people(3 direct reports)
• Clinical Data Management, Medical data evaluation and pharmaceutical liaison with laboratory programs
• Budget and personnel management fort he mentioned departments
• Ensuring the alignment of business development with Clinical Lab Operations
• Knowledge of regulations impacting Medical Affairs and field activities in the pharmaceutical industry
• Close collaboration with QM to assure highest quality of documentation
• Serving as the operational lead and key point of contact with pharmaceutical partner
• Close interaction with the clinical study team
• Ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction globally and maximizing the company´s ongoing business with existing customers
• Planning and monitoring operational processes over several departments to keep ensuring delivery within the defined turnaround time
• Active optimization and strategic planning of operational activities

You have the following skills and qualifications:

• Erfahrung als Medical Affairs Manager erforderlich
• Doctorate degree in medical or life sciences
• At least 3 years´ experience in leadership position. Coordination of team/s consisting of about 30 employees
• Experience in the pharmaceutical industry or similar and understanding of human diagnostic processes
• Willing to travel(up to 10%) and relocate
• Very good command of written and spoken English, German or any further language is a plus
