Aufgaben
- Als Produktmanager Photovoltaik treiben Sie innovative Technologieentwicklungen für komplexe Produkte im Bereich des Maschinen- und Anlagenbau für die Photovoltaik voran und steuern diese
- Verantwortung für Maschinen- und Anlagen zur Herstellung von Photovoltaik- Zellen, einschließlich Produktentwicklung, Markteinführung und Produktlebenszyklusmanagement
- Kontinuierliche Marktbeobachtung, -analyse und -bewertung in Zusammenarbeit mit dem Vertriebsteam, um strategische Entscheidungen in Bezug auf Produktentwicklung und Positionierung zu treffen
- Durchführung von Machbarkeitsuntersuchungen und die Erstellung von FUM-Matrizen zu den Anfragen unserer Kunden
- Leitung des Projektteams bei der Konzeption und Entwicklung von Neuprodukten sowie der Weiterentwicklung bestehender Anlagen gemeinsam mit den Bereichen R&D und Engineering
- Erstellung und Abgleich von globalen Produktstrategien zu den Markt- bzw. Kundenanforderungen im Bereich der Herstellung von Photovoltaik- Zellen
- Gestaltung des Produktlebenszyklus gemeinsam mit den jeweils zuständigen Abteilungen
- Unterstützung des Vertriebs bei der Markteinführung, Kundenakquise und bei Schlüsselverhandlungen
Tasks
- As a product manager for photovoltaics, you will drive and control innovative technology developments for complex products in the field of machine and plant engineering for photovoltaics
- Responsibility for machinery and equipment for the production of photovoltaic cells, including product development, market introduction and product life cycle management
- Continuous market monitoring, analysis and evaluation in cooperation with the sales team to make strategic decisions regarding product development and positioning
- Conducting feasibility studies and preparing FUM matrices on our customers' inquiries
- Leading the project team in the conception and development of new products as well as the further development of existing systems together with the R&D and Engineering departments
- Creation and alignment of global product strategies to market or customer requirements in the area of photovoltaic cell manufacturing
- Design of the product life cycle together with the respective responsible departments
- Support of the sales department in market introduction, customer acquisition and key negotiations
Anforderungen an den Bewerber
- Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Maschinenbau, Verfahrenstechnik, Physik oder vergleichbarer Abschluss
- Berufserfahrung im Bereich Produktmanagement sowie in der Leitung von technologischen Projekten
- Kenntnisse in Nassprozessen, bevorzugt in Ätz- und Strukturierungsprozessen und/oder Prozessen für die Herstellung von Photovoltaik- Zellen aus Silizium sind ein wünschenswert
- Ausgezeichnete Kommunikations- und Präsentationsfähigkeiten sowie die Fähigkeit zur Führung von interdisziplinären Teams im internationalen Umfeld
- Starke strategische, analytische und konzeptionelle Fähigkeiten
- Hohe Kundenorientierung und Bereitschaft, auf Kundenbedürfnisse einzugehen
- Fließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift sowie weltweite Reisebereitschaft
Requirements
- Completed studies in the field of mechanical engineering, process engineering, physics or comparable degree
- Professional experience in the field of product management as well as in the management of technological projects
- Knowledge of wet processes, preferably etching and structuring processes and/or processes for the production of silicon photovoltaic cells is desirable
- Excellent communication and presentation skills as well as the ability to lead interdisciplinary teams in an international environment
- Strong strategic, analytical and conceptual skills
- Strong customer focus and willingness to respond to customer needs
- Fluency in written and spoken German and English and willingness to travel globally
