Job Description Valiant Integrated Services is looking to hire an organized, efficient, detail-oriented, computer skilled Family Member with SOFA dependent status to provide support in the Multi Media Center, Access Control and After Action Review (AAR) team. This position does include occasional shift work, including weekends and holidays, on an as needed basis. Shifts vary according to operational requirements but are ordinarily 8 to 10 hours per day. This position is located in Bldg. 100, Hohenfels. Applicant must be able to obtain and maintain a U. S. SECRET Security Clearance

Mmc Job Responsibilities

:

• performs a wide variety of tasks in support of a media production organization, including aiding in the development of educational and technical manuals, supporting video preproduction, production and postproduction, and producing, as well as producing still media such as logos and posters. *duties include video capture and organization, graphic design, web design/development (basic), photography, print design, videography, administrative work and reporting, production coordination, duplication, machine operation and word processing. *occasionally consult with engineers, technical writers, and/or customers to define requirements;

including planning and scheduling of daily production routines to effectively meet customer delivery dates. *the candidate should possess good attention to detail and will assist in directing work, assigning, outlining tasks and checking for work correctness. access control position description:

• monitors security cameras - grants access to building 100 to all visiting personnel - answers main switchboard and transfers telephone calls - conducts inventory of badges and keys - grants access to individuals through secure doors within the building - updates daily activity log and daily access log after action review description (aar):
• conduct and document aar(s) at jmrc at multiple aar sites to include weekends * assist in aar end -- to -- end testing when specified by aar lead * assist in class support when specified by aar lead * consists of working shifts (early and late), including weekends and holidays during jmrc rotations required qualifications:
• basic computer knowledge (e. g. coping and pasting files, emailing documents, using a word processor) * customer services skills to include answering questions and phone calls * required education:

high school diploma desired qualifications:

• knowledge of the following programs not required:

final cut pro, motion, file maker pro, and adobe photoshop. note:
