Data Intelligence Engineer (ETL-Tools & Cloud)

Our client, a data science consultancy firm, are searching for a Data Intelligence Engineer with a key focus on experience working with multiple ETL-Tools and Cloud. The end-client is in the transport sector.

The project language is German, and while it is mostly remote, there is an expectation that a couple of weeks (minimum) will be spent on site in Berlin.

The main project goals consist of:

• Development of S3 structure
• ETL Pipeline/ data extraction / CI CD
• Implementing the logic of historization
• Tableau connection via Athena
• User management
• Implement security requirements
• Agile technical coordination

Must-have skills:

• Extensive project experience (minimum 3 projects) with at least 2 ETL tools (AWS Glue, Talend, Alterix, Nifi, Informatica, Oracle Date Integrator)
• Extensive project experience with cloud technology (AWS or Azure)
• Experience in service design and implementation (e.g. automation and monitoring of ETL lines)
• Knowledge and experience with agile methods
• Understanding of methods for business process analysis
