HR Administrator Payroll

As an automotive supplier, DENSO is leading in developing and providing components and systems for heating, air conditioning, motor cooling, exhaust gas aftertreatment, automotive electrics and electronics and instrumentation.

To support our Human Resources team in Eching, we are looking for a HR Administrator Payroll (m/f/d) from November 2020 (limited part-time working contract for 1.5 years with 20 – 25 hours per week).

As HR Administrator Payroll (m/f/d), you support our Human Resources team in administrative and organizational tasks in the payroll area.

What you'll do

Autonomous and timely preparation of payroll for expatriates and students in compliance with social security and tax regulations;
Checking of payroll relevant data according to tax and social security criteria;
Maintaining HR master data and annual pay accounts in DATEV LODAS;
Checking of invoices in compliance with DENSO’s reimbursement policy as well as account clarification with internal and external parties;
Contact person for expatriates and students for questions of payroll accounting;
General administrative tasks related to the job.

What you'll need

Successfully completed training as office clerk (m/f/d) and / or commercial training with further training as a tax / payroll clerk;
Understanding of labor law and data protection;
Excellent knowledge of employment tax and social security law;
Experience in expatriate payroll is beneficial;
High degree of conscientiousness and reliability as well as an independent way of working;
High intercultural social skills and enjoyment of working with people;
Very good knowledge of the relevant PC applications (MS Office, Lotus Notes, software for payroll accounting (DATEV or similar));
Organizational skills and resilience;
Fluent knowledge of German and English spoken and written (business language is English) (company language is English). Japanese language skills of advantage.
