We are looking for a Strategy & Performance Manager (m/f/x) to develop market strategies and improve structural sales performance of markets to achieve volume and profit targets aligned with the new regional Hyundai Europe headquarter approach

• activation of company's new strategy * refine and activate new business model * develop balanced score card & kpi based steering approach to achieve sustainable growth in the markets * design new processes and reporting structure for optimized volume steering, including optimized operation of manufacturing plants * operational strategy development * develop hyundai europe and market strategies in cooperation with business planning team * analysis of all relevant sales parameters, like volume, price, profit, model/engine mix, channel-mix etc. * in-depth strategic analysis to support all markets in their target achievement * structural performance optimization * develop and drive pan-european regional headquarters' initiatives for structural sales performance optimization * conduct performance analysis and present to management team * coordinate cross functional teams for 360° business reviews of markets * coordinate market steering, e. g. managing directors' and sales directors' meetings key requirements:
• academic degree in business administration, economics or related discipline * minimum 5 - 7 years of professional experience in the field of business strategy, sales planning or business performance management * experience ideally gained in the automotive industry * excellent understanding of the automotive value chain * ability to work independently with strong negotiation skills and business acumen * interpersonal and communication skills * ability to work in a multicultural environment and a passion to work in cross functional and international teams * strong analytical, computing and data management skills incl. ms-office (powerpoint, excel) * very good command in english, solid knowledge of other european language(s) preferred become part of a global company with a history of success and ambitious plans for the future. please apply by creating your candidate profile and attaching your application documents in english. in case of questions, please contact us via
