Oracle JDEdwards - CNC Support Consultant required by Whitehall Resources for 3 Month Extendable to 1 Year or more project assignment for our client based in Munster, Germany.
Our client is looking for a team of Oracle JD Edwards CNC Support consultants (Configurable Network Computing) to work remotely and offer daily support to different customer applications. We are looking for candidates that can be flexible in terms of working hours as different shifts will be available and support needed through the day and night.
Positions are fully remote based so potential candidates can be based anywhere in the world but good English speaking and communication skills are essential.
Job Role:
- Daily CNC (Configurable Network Computing) support regarding different customer applications including;
- Analyzing
- Transfer jobs from DEV to PY to PD
- SQL
- Project support for different customers; could be rollout projects, simple short projects to implement only one module
- Hotline support (phone, mail, ticket application)
- Varied working hours available
- Standby service after the normal daily shifts (night, weekend, bank holidays etc.)
- Client supports all platforms and all data bases JDE can be implemented
- The releases are at the moment 9.0, 9.1 and 9.2
- Strong English and communication skills are essential
- German speaking would be of added value
